Andrew is an arts and culture photographer who lives on a quiet and sunny corner of Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, in a small room surrounded by mementos given to him by lovers, friends and family over his 35 years. He likes to think of himself as a minimalist but in fact he is quite wrong about that. Andrew is a musician, and has toured extensively in multiple bands. Shooting other fellow musicians is one of his passions.

The muted tones of his photos give them the quality of a flashbulb memory. His work hinges on light, composition, color and mostly mood. He aims to capture what is behind the characters we play. While largely influenced by cinematography, Andrew also pulls influence from classic portrait photographers as well as photographers exploring subculture and music scenes.
